SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to R & R Body Boutique's shipping policy section. Here, we aim to provide you with all the necessary information about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs in a clear and transparent manner. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and efficient.
While we work diligently to prepare your order, please allow 2-5 days to process your items. All of our products are hand made in small batches to ensure freshness and proper shelf life and that is why we request this time. While it may ship out the same day we cannot always guarantee this processing time. Our business hours are Monday-Friday and this is what is considered processing days. Please do not include weekends and holidays as our processing days. Disclaimer: Processing days can be extended based on our volume of orders.
Once your order has shipped it is no longer the responsibility of R&R Body Boutique. It will be the sole responsibility of the shipping provider that has been chosen to get your package to you. We offer $10 Flat rate tracked packaging for our Canadian and United States customers. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for lost or stolen packages. Should your package get lost or stolen then please reach out directly to the shipping provider to help you further with any issues that may arise during the shipping process. This information will all be provided to you with your tracking number and shipment confirmation.
Please ensure that when filling out your shipping information at checkout that you put the correct address. If your product is returned to us due to an incorrect address then we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship your product to you at the correct address.
Due to the delicate nature of some of our products there is a possibility of it melting during transit. While we take all necessary precautions to help prevent this in our ingredients and packaging there is still the possibility of this happening. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for melted products. Should you have any issues with our products please do not throw your product away and instead contact us so we can further assist you with tips and tricks to help re-solidify your product for further use.

At R & R Body Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product, we have a straightforward returns and exchange policy in place to make the process hassle-free for you.
